📖 Verse of the Day

“Help each other with your troubles. When you do this, you are obeying the law of Christ.” — Galatians 6:2 ERV

📚 Lesson of the Day

We are responsible to others and for ourselves. Many times others have “burdens” that are too big to bear. They do not have enough strength, resources, or knowledge to carry the load, and they need help. Denying ourselves to do for others what they cannot do for themselves is showing the sacrificial love of Christ. This is what Christ did for us. He did what we could not do for ourselves; He saved us.

💭 Encouragement of the Day

Be watchful for someone who needs your help with their burden. Burdens are like boulders and are therefore too heavy to carry on your own. Some people are too proud to ask for help — if you know someone with a heavy burden, be there for them. And if you yourself have a heavy burden, don’t be ashamed to ask for help. It’s our responsibility to help one another.

🙏 Prayer of the Day

Dear Heavenly Father, You saw a heavy burden that You knew we couldn’t carry. You took that burden off of our shoulders and freed us. We needed You and You stepped in and took our place. We can never thank You enough, but we can show our gratitude by helping others to know what You did for us and to assist them when they have a heavy burden. Thank You Lord for being our Savior. Give us the wisdom and the strength to help others. In Jesus Christ’s name we pray, amen.
