📖 Verse of the Day
"Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses." — 1 Timothy 6:12
📚 Lesson of the Day
There's a specific battle set before every believer. It's not against people. It's against doubt, distraction, discouragement, and the pull to give up.
Paul is saying grab it like it's something you can lose sight of. Eternal life isn't just heaven later. It's power and purpose now. You have to actively hold onto it.
Your good confession in front of witnesses — that's your baptism, your public yes to Jesus. That moment mattered. It's an anchor point. When the fight gets hard, remember you already declared whose side you're on.
💭 Encouragement of the Day
So fight. Don't run. Don't hide. Fight. But fight the right fight and keep your eyes on the life that's already yours.
🙏 Prayer of the Day
Dear Heavenly Father, You are the best. You are all that we need. You freely give us life and You ask only for our whole hearts. Thank You for salvation. We didn't deserve it but You sacrificed Your life for our freedom from the punishment of our sins. Help us to hold on to this wonderful gift. Give us all that we need to stay faithful to You and to Your work. In Jesus Christ's name I pray, amen.
